Roller Shutter Door Up/Stop/Down Push Button Switch — AC Motors, No Cable

The standard wall control for an AC roller shutter door — three buttons, up, stop and down, in a compact surface-mount housing that sits neatly beside the door.

This is the AC version, supplied without a cable. The back of the switch has screw terminals, so an installer runs whatever length of cable the job actually needs instead of being stuck with a fixed lead. That is usually what you want on a commercial door, where the control point is rarely the same distance from the motor twice.

Buy it as a replacement for a switch that has been broken, painted over or worn out, as a second control point on a door that already has one, or as the manual control alongside a remote receiver so the door still works when a handset goes missing.

• This one — AC motors, no cable. R299. Wire your own length.
• 24V battery backup version, cable supplied. R599. For doors running on our 24V DC backup system, with the lead already fitted and terminated.

Fitting

The switch wires into the motor control circuit and should be fitted by a competent installer — it is a mains-side control, not a plug-in accessory. If you are replacing an existing switch, photograph the wiring before you disconnect anything.

Delivery

R150 courier fee, anywhere in South Africa, shown at checkout. Accessories on the same order ship for one flat R150 however many you add, and an order that also includes a motor pays the per-motor fee plus one R150. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered door-to-door with tracking.

Warranty

One year against defects in materials and workmanship, from the invoice date. It must be installed by a qualified installer, and written proof of professional installation is required for a claim. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, not instead of them.
