Shutter Drive WiFi & Bluetooth Roller Shutter Door Controller — Tuya App, with 2 Remotes

This is the controller that turns an ordinary roller shutter door into a smart one. It is the same WiFi receiver module fitted to our 600kg AC WiFi motor — sold on its own, so you can add phone control to a motor you already have rather than replacing it.

Three ways to open the door. From your phone over WiFi, from anywhere. From your phone over Bluetooth when there is no WiFi or no internet. Or from either of the two 433.92 MHz keyring remotes in the box, which work whether or not the app is ever set up.

The controller is a compact moulded unit that plugs into the motor's control box on a supplied harness. Fitted to garages, workshops, warehouses, storage units and shopfronts — anywhere it is useful to let a delivery in, open up for staff before you arrive, or check from the road whether you actually closed the door.

Control it from the Tuya app

The controller pairs with the free Tuya: Smart Life, Smart Living app on a normal 2.4GHz WiFi network. Once it is paired you can:

• Open, stop and close the door from your phone, on WiFi or mobile data
• See whether the door is open or closed before you drive home
• Share access with family or staff, without cutting another remote
• Set schedules, so the shop door opens at opening time

The door still works when the WiFi is down. Bluetooth covers you in the yard, and the two remotes work regardless.

Fitting

The controller connects to the motor's control box on the supplied plug-in harness. Pairing to the Tuya app takes a few minutes on a 2.4GHz network — the app walks you through it, and we will talk you through it on the phone if you would rather.

Delivery

R150 courier fee, anywhere in South Africa, shown at checkout. Accessories on the same order ship for one flat R150 however many you add, and an order that also includes a motor pays the per-motor fee plus one R150. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered door-to-door with tracking.

Warranty

One year against defects in materials and workmanship, from the invoice date. The remote batteries are consumable and carry a 3-month warranty. It must be installed by a qualified installer, and written proof of professional installation is required for a claim. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, not instead of them.
